Cosmopack 2018: major Europe packaging show preview

With an increasing number of companies and exhibiting area, Cosmopack 2018 organisers say they predict that the event will attract even more international players and  leaders who will come together for four days  of intensive networking to discover new opportunities and promising partnerships.

They note that Cosmopack 2018 represents the wide spectrum of companies of the entire beauty supply chain: raw materials, machineries, OEM/ODM, contract & private label manufacturers, applicators and primary and secondary packaging.  

The event takes place 15 - 18 March 2018 in Bologna Italy (with the Cosmoprof event continuing to Monday 19 March). More information is available here​.

What to expect?​

Cosmopack 2018 looks to offer an ideal trade show to highlight and unveil products launches, innovations and new technologies, organisers say.

This year, some key features include:

• New special projects to stay ahead with AI area
• Explore new solutions and meet service providers
• Super Sessions exploring the latest on beauty’s  hot button issues
• Insights for new perspectives from executive visionaries
• Ability to connect efficiently with top global companies

Alongside this, other key elements to the show include the Cosmopack Factory and Cosmotalks programme.

Cosmopack Factory will present “Powderful”, a unique full experience of the production of a luxury makeup product, from the first sketch to the display in store.

Meanwhile, Cosmotalks will focus on the most relevant issues to today’s beauty community, stimulating new thinking and inspiring action.

As part of the programme, editor Lucy Whitehouse will be chairing a panel discussion on major trends for packaging with several industry leaders on Saturday 17 March.
